How to extend your membership?

Thanks for considering the extension of your course. These instructions will apply if you have already paid for your course in full. If you still have an outstanding balance, press here to visit the corresponding page.

GO TO MY ACCOUNT

Once you have logged into the website, you may manage your membership from my account page. You may press the following button to open the page or press Member Area from the home page as shown in the photo.

REVIEW YOUR COURSES

On this page, you will be able to see the courses you are enrolled in, the expiration date, the status of your courses, and the actions available.

Once you are logged into your account look for the course you would like to extend and select “extend your membership” on the actions section.

REVIEW YOUR SELECTION

Once you have made your selection, you will be taken to the payment page. Before processing your payment, please review the course you are extending and the price for the extension.

Upon successful purchase, your account will be extended for 3 months.

Please keep in mind that if you have made multiple attempts to extend your account on the website, the payment might still be processing. Please get in touch with us via telegram to request assistance and avoid multiple purchases if this is your case.

INITIATE THE PURCHASE FOR THE EXTENSION

Once you have reviewed the information, select your preferred payment method and include all the information required to complete the payment when prompted.
